      I currently work at Nexen Tire America as the Client Care Services Director. I oversee the client care services team who answer imbound phone calls from both customers and consumers. Our team also process all of the purchase orders from the four regions of the country. My main focus is working with three of the largest corporate / national accounts. I process the orders they submit through EDI. I enter their purchase orders on a weekly / monthly basis. Some orders are our regular product line. Other orders are the corporate account private label brands. Not only do I work with accounts in the US, but I also work with two accounts in Mexico and one account in Canada. For a short time I was tasked with creating credits for the tire distributors based on their agreements / loyalty programs. Finally, I collaborate with the other members of customer service to resolve customer issues. Show less
