      Becoming centre manager has meant I now manage a team of 30 alongside my management team, consisting of my assistant manager, three team leaders and a trainee team leader. I over-see and monitor closely the management of four departments including; front of house -marketing and events, Food and beverage, Rides and Parties. I run my own managers meeting in which I set targets, educate and support them on reaching my targets and those set by head office, i.e. Spend per head, pass sales, Marketing and events, customer ratings, payroll budget and footfall. I attend a monthly manager's meeting with the senior team and the other centre managers in which progress is marked, audits are discussed, personnel management is discussed, KPI's, Budgets of revenue and sales and the social media and marketing across the month is monitored. Show less As the assistant manager I had more responsibilities within the company including the following; Staff rota's, recruitment, inductions of staff, training, payroll, controlling staff costs, stock take, ordering of products across the entire centre, safety checks, fire checks, fire training, opening and closing checks, chemical training, customer service training, accounts and banking. As an assistant manager I managed a team of 35 and dealt with customers on a regular basis, encouraging the best positive customer experience and dealing with un-happy custom and problems within in the centre appropriately and professionally. During my time in this role I also went to visit other sites and helped them to achieve similar standard and aid their growth and development within the company and helped open 360 Play Basildon.
