      Currently, I'm pursuing a MSc in Biodiversity and Ecosystem Management.My Thesis focuses on Assessing the roles of Incentives in changing community's attitudes and mitigate human-lion conflicts around Ruaha National Park - Tanzania.

      I worked on Scheduling and coordinating day to day field activities to ensure long- and short-term goals are met, with ever changing priorities including collection, entry and analysis of Human-Elephant Conflicts data from 22 villages that surround Ruaha National Park.

      At Lion Landscapes (Ruaha Carnivore Project), my work focuses on Human – Carnivore conflicts mitigation through community-based conservation programs including community incentives, education and research. Furthermore, I set and collect data from camera traps and implement community incentive programs in villages that surround Ruaha national park.

      As the Executive Director, I oversee the organization's daily operations, providing executive direction for program strategies and efficiencies, compliance, and quality assurance. Also, I work to identify and address staffing requirements for efficient operations and maintain a strong work culture that attracts and retains people while driving the organization’s mission. Furthermore, I work to increase the organization's awareness by being the main spokesperson and liaison with local and international media, developing an actionable plan for fundraising, managing monthly cash flow and complying with all national and local regulations.
