  I have started my career as a Graduate Engineer trainee at Essar (Now, Nayara Energy). I worked in Vacuum Gas Oil Mild hydrocracker Unit - One of the largest hydrocracker units, having nameplate capacity of 6.3MMTPA.ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES I PERFORMED:➢ Monitoring critical equipment parameters and performance to ensure plant safe & uninterrupted operation. ➢ Plant safe start up and shutdown / Trouble shooting and corrective measures to ensure high productivity & quality.➢ Analyzing the lab results of unit products (Sweet VGO, Diesel, Kerosene, Naphtha, off gases) and accordingly controlling the process and quality parameters to ensure that all the products are meeting the required specifications.➢ Handling IMS documentation and 5S.➢ Monitoring and optimizing the process to ensure that unit is maintaining the environmental norm as per GPCB.
