Led the overhaul and implementation of all programme content, MEL tools, and reporting mechanisms. Designed and launched an overhauled Girls Leadership after-school programme, delivering a new model that doubled the number of girls reached and improved community impact through more strategic intervention.

      Led an international team of Associate-level staff to prioritise, design, ideate, and deliver on new data tools, loan products, and repayment modalities for smallholder farmers. Used financial modeling, impact modeling, and strategic multi-year planning to align these projects to country revenue targets. Currently working with Global Tech to deliver the products that will allow us to fully realise our vision of a more sustainable programme as well as a better experience and better financial resiliency for smallholder farmers.
