      I supervised and allocated work for Operations Teams, created reports on volume and progress. I conducted meetings, 1-2-1s and ad hoc feedback sessions with team members. My responsibilities also included creating and supplying schedules for the teams. I was always happy to take part in onboarding and greeting New Hires teaching them about FedEx Culture and Philosophy. I took part in Hiring Interviews for Brexit and post Brexit taking charge of organizing calendars and meetings for 6 managers and 4 recruiting agencies in recruitment across Europe.I volunteered for International Project to improve clearance process and customer experience. I acted as a Business Analyst (data analysis in Excel, and Subject Matter Expert).During 2021 I led project of introducing 2 EU markets to Service Center located in Asia. We successfuly launched EU operations in new envirornment in less than 2 months using elements of Agile and QDM methodologies. I took part in projects and led some in order to automate time consuming tasks (designing macros, consulting requirements, quality control, performing tests and pilots)I visited the Phillipines and assisted in setting up new Service Center for 1.5 months. I used my experience and knowledge to train brokers and supervisors so the SC can operate independently. I conducted trainings, presentations, workshops and follow ups.
