  Through the contact with our customers, I get an enormous amount of feedback about our platform as a whole and about each individual tool. This information is then passed on to the Product Manager. Together with our UX Designer, we plan the further development of the different tools. My work with the customers, their feedback and the cooperation with our individual Sales Managers in the different countries is enormously important, as it is one of the deciding factors in how our software is further developed to meet the customers' needs and expectations.
