      • Oversee all aspects of the XIM (Xerox Information Management) Electronic Records Management DocuShare Program consisting of over a dozen internal Xerox applications.• Manage a technical support team (in both India and USA) who provide 8am – 5pm support for 5K DocuShare users and 24 x 7 support for the ERM DocuShare applications and 30 servers.• Currently leading project to modernize the primary records repository for Xerox, to a new cloud based DocuShare 7 solution with Lifecycle manager and full ConnectKey device integration across several Xerox facilities. This new solution will include automatic assignment of retention periods, custom metadata, notification of expiring records, legal and tax holds, and content search to make finding corporate records easier for Xerox. • Coordinate with Legal, Finance, HR and IT organizations to support ERM program enablement.• Plan, track and report on the status of a variety of projects throughout the entire project development life cycle.• Function as first point of contact to our third-party supplier TCS (Tata Consulting Services) for identification and prioritization of projects, issue escalation, deliverable sign off, and status reporting.• Consolidated several IT support SLA’s into one to reduce yearly spend by nearly 15% year over year for 2019 and streamlined support of the ERM DocuShare applications. Show less • Managed several projects for GSS (Global Security Services) to migrate IT security applications from local hosting facility to AWS cloud• Project managed several DocuShare 7 software upgrades that were completed ahead of schedule.• Led various projects to replace outdated security-related applications with modern ones• Became PMP certified in December 2014• Took over the PM role for the Global Security Services applications support team in August 2014, which was an area in need of organization and problem solving as the ticket backlog was approaching 100. User accounts reduced from 40K to 25K and approximately 2M+ documents were deleted.
