Reassessed progress every 6-8 weeks by comparing the results of their functional movement screen to their baseline functional movement screen results. Adjusted the course of their training sessions as necessary. Met with members of the fitness center to discuss their personal goals and create a fitness program for them based on those goals, the results of their functional movement screen, and limitations from doctors.
