I performed pre-production Hardware (HW) and Software (SW) product evaluations for completeness (for all Integrated Logistics Support and Logistics Support Analyses contractual requirements) to project specifications and requirements in anticipation of site installation and system testing. Logistics Manager: Supervised a staff of 20 civilian and military personnel from various support groups involving; Configuration Management, Integrated Logistics Support and Logistics Support Analysis, Reliability and Maintainability, Provision, and Training. Together my team and I performed Acquisition Logistics, Functional Process Analyses, Integrated Logistics Assessments (ILA), and Program Management activities for the DOD’s Tactical Data Information Exchange Systems Broadcast (TADIXS B) program. This program was a multi Service (Army, Navy, Marine Corps and Air Force) consisting of 7 different hardware and software system configuration developed simultaneously.Integrated Logistics Manager: Conducted all ILS and LSA analyses for General Atomics, San Diego, CA. for the Army’s field nuclear, biological, and chemical NAEDS (Non-Aqueous Equipment Decontamination System), for use on military field equipment exposed to battlefield contaminations. Integrated Logistics Manager: Conducted all Integrated Logistics Support analyses for the U.S. Army’s Cryfracture System developed for the disposal of Chemical munitions at Tooele Army Depot, Tooele Utah, .
