Additionally, I help create forms, spreadsheets, and help plan Schiffert outreach and student-oriented projects.Aid in the administrative roles around the clinic: inventory, reports, managing student programs.Additionally, role expands to communications with Hokie Wellness: student orientation and accommodations. Plus, the University's Cook Counseling Center.As a clinical assistant, I assist and check in patients prior to a meeting with a provider. Show less Prevalence Testing Project [Lane Stadium]:As the need for prevalent COVID testing on the Virginia Tech Campus became widespread, I worked with the Schiffert Health Center to administer tests to patients. Additionally, the Schiffert Health Center partner with ARCpoint Labs for labor and lab tests. Responsibilities included clinical aid and administration assistance: communicate with ARCpoint, run administrative tasks with VTNotify and RedCap, and reconcile the covid tests.Our project administered 600 to 800 tests per day. I had given the pleasure of participating in cadaver labs at Carillon Clinic, Riverside.
