  Increased interdepartmental communication and data continuity with specific focus on implementation of new clients. Because of a restructuring of Operations and an fast increase of employees, I formed a Process/Information/Data Flow committee which took a lean approach at creating better processes within interdepartmental data exchange, knowledge sharing, and congruent processes. Promoted, championed and negotiated the adoption and adaptation of third party issue/work request software which aligned with our entire corporation which allowed for tracking all development work with the approval process clearly visible. Prompted the creation of a dedicated and focused DevOps team whose sole responsibility was on automating the implementation process. This team worked in collaboration of Operations, Development, and Sales departments. Using Kanban allowed for faster deployment of defect solutions which increased overall customer and operation satisfaction and trust.Using Lean methodology and detailed matrix redistributed responsibilities of work flow to the ablest department. This immediately freed up funding for an in-house project. Keep the Lights On (KLO) development team whose primary task centered on bug confirmation and solutions in direct partnership with Support and Operation Supervisors. Using Kanban was the fastest route to deployment. Primary point of contact for the development department for all implementation, both in-house and new customers. This committee also provided a place for each department to be heard with actionable tasks that were tracked for completion.
