  Testing & commissioning of 33kV Auxiliary substations and 25 kV traction switching substations (FP/SSP/SP).Testing & commissioning of 33kV 25kV GIS including scheme checking as per approved drawing, interlocking checks for safe operations, inter-panel wiring, Protection relay configurations as per the approve protection scheme.Configuration, Testing and Commissioning of Siemens make both REYROLLE & SIPTOTEC relays used for protection function like Over current & Earth fault (7SR12 & 7SR11), Line Differential relay (7SD80), Transformer differential (7SR2422), and Traction relays (7ST61) for OCS protection 25kV (distance relay).Configuration of relay by Reydisp Evolution for reyrolle & DIGSI for siprotec relays and fault analysis by using SIGRA.Regular monitoring of project status and resolve the customer quires during and after the commissioning.Review the testing & commissioning activities and ensure it should be carried out as the approved plan from customer.Handing over the system to client after the complication of all phases of testing and commissioning with as-built documents.Collection of payment after every milestone achievement as per the contract within the key date of project.Site interface & site Management and leading the commissioning team in DMRC project.Preparation ITP, SAT, PAT, ITC plan according to contract and coordinate the testing accordingly. Relay configuration & testing of signal with SCADA via IEC-103 protocol with RTU & main server/ Operation control centre (OCC).After the commissioning of substation preparation of site As-built drawings and submit same to customer for closer.Preparation of punch points /open points and coordinate with customer to close within key date.Preparation of ETS (Emergency tripping system) scheme and testing & Commissioning of ETS according to approved scheme.Knowledge of 25kV OCS system (ROCS) and testing & commissioning of system.Knowledge of DC traction system & Third rail system.
