  Full-time mixed PHP and Front-End developer, with specialism in JavaScript and full stack front end development and structure.At this company I worked on several major projects including leading the front end development of the EasyJet Holidays site, and a suite of sites for Mike Burton Travel. I was responsible for leading these from design stages, as well as consulting in these initial processes from a UX perspective, to implementing the front end and integrating it with our bespoke booking systems, while creating applications to handle the backend processing needs demanded by these projects.I provoked discussions about how to update working practices and ensure code quality, to ensure projects run efficiently.   At wide.io I ran day-to-day tasks involving constant improvement of the web platform, including refining the UI, implementing features of and managing the Django back-end.I also worked with Jon Somerscales, our designer, to think about ways to gamify our interface, maximizing interaction with users and drawing on behavioural psychology to keep users motivated to upload and engage with content.
