  As a Project Engineer; I was responsible for management and execution of AUDI C7 (A6 &A7) seatings and VW 251 POLO seatings projects in Lear Corporation Bursa.Starting from the beginning of project and during lifecycle of the product; Providing all technical information and make entry to Lear system (PLM, Unity, Cad, Production Efficiency, SRM, SQS) Preparing quotation (pricing). Preparing time plan and coordinating project team for new launches / engineering changes and checking compliance with the time schedule. Ensuring the distribution of the necessary actions for best start up of project with APQP questioning. Organizing and leading regular meetings (APQP, PFMEA, Engineering Changes) for coordination between departments. Planning and perform the PFMEA studies. Providing the necessary communication and creating a communication network between customer and Lear. Managing pre-samples process. Making all necessary studies-works for getting products customer approvals (PPAP-PSW). Managing all engineering changes of the products which are in serial production. Coordinating improvements and working with the engineering centers for best product. Coordinating and making studies for reducing the product cost.
