      I supported a charity tackling discrimination against older people on their Time to Shine project. Responsibilities included:- Aiding the coordination of the Forum’s Annual General event and created a survey for Trustee’s feedback.- Managing relationships with stakeholders and oversaw the evaluation of the projects’ impact. I liaised with businesses involved in Time to Shine’s ‘Come in and Rest’ scheme, to evaluate the scheme’s impact. This comprised of implementing a ‘Listen Act Learn Repeat’ framework to respond to queries, inputting data and problem solving to improve the efficiency of the scheme for all parties. Responsibilities included:- Coordinating a clothing drive across 3 UK GatenbySanderson offices, securing 300 items of clothing and 25 raffle prizes from local businesses. I managed senior colleagues in London and Birmingham to raise awareness of the charity.- Successfully supporting multiple teams, which involved prioritising and balancing tasks, alongside effective communication to ensure all colleagues’ needs were being met within tight deadlines. - Completing a vast range of administrative tasks, including diary management and inputting CRM data. This involved a rapid adaptation to new styles of working in order to proficiently navigate the company’s system. - I voluntarily wrote a 20 page guide to assist future members of staff in this role. - Acting as initial point of contact for clients with confidence and professionalism, over the phone and in person.       I worked at an INGO onsite in Peru, championing the Women and Girls Empowerment Project. Responsibilities included:- Conducting site visits to meet service users, review project progress and produce supporter engagement materials, including writing project profiles for partnership agencies, newsletter articles, social posts and blogs.- Researching and writing applications for Trusts and Foundations; including internal research to create a proposal, external research to understand donors’ individual motivations and producing concise content. - Developing campaign plans for international charitable events, involving service users and setting SMART goals.- Working independently on projects and setting targets to meet tight deadlines; as well as supporting colleagues in working groups to problem solve and overcome obstacles together as a team.- Writing project profiles for partnership agencies such as Global Giving; and produced content for supporter communication platforms such as newsletter articles, social media posts and blogs. I thought of an initiative to increase supporter engagement on social media post and improve supporters' connections to a Globalteer project, which resulted in an approximate 60% increase on the related social media post. - Working alongside colleagues to develop a campaign plan for Globalteer initiatives, which involved creatively engaging supporters and working towards targets; alongside campaigning in international charitable events.- Managing multiple mailboxes, updating the fundraising spreadsheet and keeping track of grant deadlines.- Working independently on projects to meet deadlines, set personal targets and reflected on my own abilities.
