PMO provides project management for I.T. projects throughout the SDLC, manages the enterprise change management process, project portfolio management and also provides training. My work responsibilities include, but are not limited to: -Project Management and coordination for Operations and Clinical areas-Portfolio Management and reporting for PMO-System Administrator and provide technical support for our project management, portfolio management, resource management and time tracking applications called Smartsheet and Resource Management by Smartsheet (formerly 10000ft).-Providing technical support and managing projects for our SharePoint environment-System Application Analyst for both SharePoint and Smartsheet applications.-Provide leadership for backup support staff in PMO.-Developing training materials and providing training and coaching in Project Management, SharePoint, Smartsheet and Resource Management by Smartsheet.-Creating process and creating flow diagrams in Visio.
