      • Ensure that the overall operations of the NOC (network operations centre) is managed and administered efficiently with sufficient manpower and operational tools.• Analyse and forecast future requirements of the NOC i.e. systems upgrade, required software and hardware needs, knowledge base and relevant technology.• Ensure minimum downtime on all trouble tickets and to escalate the rectification process to the Technical Department upon first and second levels of troubleshooting procedures has been fully exhausted.• Monitor and report to the management on the daily network systems performance of the customers’ accounts to ensure the follow thru is coordinated well among related departments for service allocations(frequency, PSTN voice, IP Data, firewall block/allow, tunnelling and etc.) invoicing and service charges (commissioning, service termination, upgrade, downgrade and etc.)• Design and maintain a monthly roster for the NOC team on a well balanced and fair load distribution manner inclusive of duty schedule, leaves(declared and emergency) and the like.• Provide good customer relationship with excellent communication skills and pro-active actions with customers via phone and email.• Lead by example, to gain the mutual respect of team members, to uphold at all times the teamwork spirit and to ensure the current and future upkeep of the NOC.
