  1. Maintenance of CAD Software Licenses, License Servers, Services and other project related IT Infrastructure.2. Ensure optimum utilization of CAD software Licenses, and make sure that the Workstations are available for the projects from time to time.3. Keep the software licenses inventory, ensure software license compliance, and ensure full utilization of licenses of entire ATP operations.4. Ensure Zero customer escalations, complete the calls raised within SLA.5. Conducting weekly meetings with the Project Team s to understand and provide timely and efficient support to the team.6. Ensure license compliance of the CAD software licenses. Ensure availability of Evaluation Licenses during such requests from the project teams against the PR raised.7. Support project teams to achieve their business goals on time take responsibility as SPOC for their IT needs and ensure compliance of Data security and Audit requirements. Innovation : 1. Educate the users on using the CAD tools and learn the importance of the upgradations by conducting timely training schedules with the help of the software vendors.4. Try to resolve the complicated problems within the stipulated time with the help of tools like WebEx and Lync and resolve the issue in short possible time.5. Educate users on using plotter, printer scanner and feed the plotter roll for the plots to be taken.6. Innovative ideas to be shared with the team members on using the costly CAD licenses which are available effectively in all the possible 3 shifts and that way ensure that the costly investment on new purchases be avoided.7.
