Position control of Transfer and De-stacker Axes using Camming with Press Encoder/ Virtual Encoder as master axis.• Development of Motion Profile Constant velocity using 3-4-5, 2-3 and SHM Polynomials to achieve Higher productivity.• Development of Data Extraction Logic (Based on Python) of Machine Critical Data from Machine’s PLC and storing on SQL database. Front End of Solution has PyQt Based GUI for Visualization of Live Data, Graph Generation and OEE Calculation. Solution is local, Data captured is stored on Local PC.• Electrical Design and Programming of 1000Ton Hot Forming Hydraulic Press for forming of High Tensile Hot component forming. • Commissioning of 630Ton Servo Mechanical Press and 1000Ton Mechanical Press at Customer’s Plant in Hungary/Slovakia.
