  I have organized many events, workshops, expert talks with my team under IEEE Student Chapter. I Coordinated 3 workshops on "ROBOTICS" which was basic to advanced level. 100 to 150 Students participated in each of Wired Robotics, Wireless Robotics(Rf Rx module) and Braintronix (Two days workshop with TechieNest- Jaipur, for "BRAINTRONIX- Mind Controlled Robotics".) I also Organised five days STTP on "INDUSTRIAL AUTOMATION AND CONTROL" with Experts from Indwell Automation, Pune. All of these experiences has increased my managerial skills and allowed me to manage people in large number. Show less

  I have taken 1 month industrial training in ABB Maneja, in "Distribution Automation" section. I got exposure to Power System Protection, Manufacturing and Testing of different relays during this training. I had done a project on testing of relays during the same in ABB.

  I have worked as event manager in technical fest of BVM. The event consisted of designing technical treasure-hunt of 3 rounds,through which i developed my management skills. I have managed 200 students in the one day event. It also enhanced the spirit of team work and has proved to be a valuable experience.

My project was "Development of industrial training modules in Power System and Very Fast Transient Overvoltages in Gas Insulated Switchgear". As a part of project i got exposure to global ABB products and also visits to its manufacturing plants.

  Graduate Engineering Trainee

  I joined L&T as a Graduate Engineer Trainee in R&D department. My role consisted of designing Low Voltage switchgear complying IEC 60947 Part 1 and 2. During my GET period I got exposure of testing , validating the prototype samples as per standard and making improvements in the product. Thermal and magnetic yield improvement were my major projectsI used Ansys workbench and Ansys Electromagnetics to simulate my product models for thermal and magnetic validations. I honed by interpersonal and analyitical skills. Fishbone and Pareto were some tools which helped me developing problem solving skills effectively Show less

  Industrialization and Development of Frame 7 Release module. Conducting and managing APQP points for the product testing. I handled a porfolio of 2 products Frame 2 and Frame 7 with Thermal Magnetic and Electronic Release.,Satisfying marketing requirement for design models and drawings,Reliability and quality improvement of the product using TAGUCHI Method and ANOVA. Tolerance Stackup , Lean Six Sigma , Design of Experiments were some key tools which were critical learnings during this period. Used the tools DFMEA , PFMEA , AFMEA to identify critical parameters components and CTQs. segregated issues based on severity levels and RPNs., Conducted PVG and APQP for the products. Ensured the components of products as per RoHS and REACH compliance. Underwent URJA - Women's Leadership and development program. Show less As Senior Engineer my scope increased to product validation and project completion with the help of collaboration with cross functional teams such as Product Engineering , Quality , Production, Marketing,Sales . Understanding Market and customer requirements, competitor analysis , tear down analysis. Using 7 QC tools i improved product quality and margin. Rigourous testing of the product at testing laboratories , root cause analsis , histogram plots aided identifying potential loop holes in the product building.I also worked on Electronic Release Assembly and increased robustness of the CT (sensor ) design for impulse and shortcircuit.
