  Actively managing life threatening conditions and involved in resuscitation care (trauma, surgical and medical emergencies). Involved in patient's care either discharge from A&E, admission to ward or referral to tertiary hospital if necessary. Practice of point of care ultrasound (POCUS) also helps in evaluation and management of the patient. 3 months floating while waiting for placement. Being a medical officer, I am responsible for patient care including stable and unstable patients. I also involved in COVID-19 screening among the public and working together with other departments as well. 1 week attachment in Forensics Department gives me the opportunity to learn on conducting post mortem examinations Being a house officer, I am responsible for managing patient care from the admission day up till discharge day. This includes simple and common, acute and subacute as well as emergency cases. Six postings rotation are included in the internship (orthopaedics, obstetrics & gynaecology, paediatrics, general surgery, internal medicine, accident & emergency).
