  Working on Capgemini’s HMRC Aspire account for 5 years, I worked within a live service team, supporting the daily runnings of the Valuation Office Agency's (VOA) IT services. The role mainly consisted of configuration & release management, testing and resolving various problem/incident tickets raised by the customer.From January 2015 I was working on the REVAL 2017 project in an agile environment as a software tester, testing the central database (CDB) prior to live implementation after 15 sprints, at the end of September 2016. The reval project is based around the customer adjusting the value of business rates to reflect changes in the property market, which usually happens every 5 years.I was the implementation manager for this release, overseeing the success of this large delivery.
