  Since 2016, I have successfully transitioned through several roles within GBS Finance, gaining comprehensive expertise in the company’s end-to-end financial processes. Since 2021, I have operated as a PMO for financial projects, where I have sharpened my PMO skills by effectively leading both small and large teams. My experience on major projects has solidified my capabilities in project governance, risk analysis, and serving as a crucial communication channel between stakeholders and project teams to ensure we achieve our goals.Highlighted projects include:- **P2P Project**: This initiative allowed Brazil to scale the Accounts Payable process to an impressive 80% automation of invoices, significantly enhancing efficiency in goods and freight automation.- **PMO on Automation of Services**: I spearheaded this project to optimize the P2P process related to service invoices.As of 2024, I will take charge as the PMO for the Cash Flow and Forecast Project, implementing a SAP tool that will revolutionize the treasury process related to forecasting across all companies in Brazil, particularly B&A and AM. In 2025, I will lead another treasury project focused on refining the treasury process within an ERP system.I possess strong skills in reporting and providing feedback on our goals, KPIs, and managing supplier and customer relationships, primarily leveraging Power BI for data insights. Show less During 2022, I am working in 2 projects as Team leader, It has giving me skills to work with a big and diverse team which is an opportunity to grow not only as a lead but also technicaly as the project is realted to tools to improve the account payable flow of work. I have worked in Process Mining with Celonis to our metodology of work and improovement of process. Also we have developed the automation of Service invoices, through SAP, VIM and Nanodata. with the combining tools we achieved the gol on how to read a document, process it tax and post it automaticaly.Since 2019 to 2020 II´ve been working in a global project in order to implement new tools in SAP and VIM to atend 5 countryes and improve our processes regarding Automated post of invoices.
