      Principal investigator at the laboratory for Virology, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine and responsible for contract research projects for international aquaculture companies.Executed 11 contract research projects:- in vivo challenges of shrimp with viruses and bacteria to test the effects of immunostimulants, vaccines, biocides and genetic selection for disease resistance. - Performed work as a CRO, taking care of all aspects, incl. meeting clients, arranging contracts, execution of trials, managing staff, writing reports, discussing with clients on a scientific level and administration.- Supervised 12 graduate students, all successfully delivered their master's thesis. - Wrote project proposal on WSSV research and obtained 2 years funding from NAFOSTED-FWO, Bilateral Project Belgium-Vietnam.
