      I was in a Customer facing advisory role within a small but busy Contact Centre, providing first point of contact resolution to Customer enquiries, liaising between customers, internal departments and the stores. This requires a high level of communication skills, when answering phone when we get enquires about the Reward Card Scheme, Mail Order, Web enquiries, product enquiries and store enquiries which require tickets being created for other departments to respond or for internal department use and handling customer issues.Christmas 2009 I was made team leader of helpdesk, which involved looking after a team of 6. Jobs included creating lunch rotas, being first point of contact for any issues within the stores, processing gift cards, TCR requests and file all complaint letters, also processing all tickets on the helpdesk system.I help with the introduction of the new ticket system.I also help the Gamestation integrated with GAME’s tilling system.
