Created schedules that provided optimum coverage for safety of guests, while also maintaining labor budget that was under 50% of estimated forecasted budgeted labor.Brought to life, designed, and continually update new website www.bearpawbeach.com.Repaired, cleaned, maintained, and safely stored $250,000 giant inflatable obstacle course known as WIBIT (size XL - largest in US). Always maximized revenues for beach and WIBIT operations, and cut labor while on-site and delegated assignments to several leads. Implemented work chat app to stay connected to staff while on/off site, becoming always accessible to staff for both emergencies and non-emergencies.Created wedding and banquet pricing packets for new banquet hall facility.
