      Andrew Pulcheon, Principal/Cultural Resources Manager, has a B.A. in Anthropology, with a minor in Geography, from Humboldt State University; an M.A. in Cultural Resources Management from Sonoma State University; and a Certificate in Land Use and Environmental Planning from U.C. Davis Extension. He is certified by the Register of Professional Archaeologists (#11693); Register of Professional Historian (#581); the American Institute of Certified Planners (#21490); and the Academy of Board Certified Environmental Planners (#12040825). He meets the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for prehistoric and historical archeology, and history. Mr. Pulcheon has over 25 years of experience in cultural resources management, including project management; archival research; laboratory analysis; ethnographic, historical, and architectural research; field survey; prehistoric and historical excavation; laboratory analysis; and collections management. Mr. Pulcheon is experienced in preparing Memoranda of Agreement and Historic Property Treatment Plans, Section 106 and CEQA eligibility evaluations; NEPA analysis; Initial Studies; and project- and program-level Environmental Impact Reports in both urban and rural settings. He has conducted fieldwork and research for projects throughout northern and central California. Since October 2009, Mr. Pulcheonheaded the LSA northern California Cultural Resources Group, where he is responsible for reviewing all cultural resources documents for quality control, and managing the personnel, administrative, and operational functions of a group that includes eight staff.
