  I was trained as a super user with our GEMMS EMR Cardiology system. I ran both the user side and the programming side making changes to the system as things were needed. This includes report building, changing of current reports, adding new modules such as PQRI and ePrescribe, changing data in flow sheets and in the day-to-day record as policies and changes filter through and new guidelines is set. Work with GEMMS to maintain and update the ECIS program, reporting functions and database such as PQRI, ePrescribe, changing of flow sheets for specialty or outreach clinics, and add or delete changes in the system we no longer use or need. Maintained physician RVU's monthly data reports, and clinic usage reports. Work with Credentialing Specialist and COPIC to maintain legal affairs, advise on proceedings with lawsuits, and perform chart reviews to maintain compliance with latest guidelines as well as maintained patient charts and records for all ongoing lawsuits. Locking patient accounts for privacy. Help coordinate, move, and operate new offices in outreach locations in two states.
