Given solution according to customer complain by the site tuning e.g. Azimuth, electrical tilt and mechanical tilt tuning. Expert in SSV (Single Site Verification) and making SSV report, physical audit report and checklist.  Processing log files from TEMS to MapInfo, TEMS to export and report generator. Making the thematic (e.g.: Cell ID, Rxlevel, Rxqual, Events e.g. Handover failure, Dropped call & Blocked call etc) of the collected log files in MapInfo Professional for further analysis.
