Primary client was Murphy Oil for their Gulf of Mexico and Texas operations. Successfully put together a tender that was awarded 100% of their Deep Water operations in the Gulf of Mexico. Also assisted on projects for ENI, Repsol and Energy Resource Technology. In addition, I managed the 3 month rolling revenue forecast for all clients in the region. Wrote technical proposals and cost estimates for projects I and managed the drilling fluids operations when we were awarded the work. Managed the Environmental Compliance Group for M-I SWACO. Focus was on Gulf of Mexico for all clients helping ensure they understood and complied with EPA discharge regulations. Also, assisted on projects in Alaska. Worked in remotely in in the field as Drilling Fluids Specialist. While at the rigsite, tested the drilling fluid and added chemicals as needed to ensure it remained within the required specifications. Managed inventory and logistics on remote locations with long lead times to the shore base. Worked two weeks on the rig site with two weeks off. Assisted in the office and plant during two weeks off to continue learning the business. Environmental Compliance Specialist working remotely in the field on deep water projects in the Gulf of Mexico. Tested the fluids and cuttings before discharged to ensure all Government regulations were met. Worked for several different customers and rig types: Drill Ships, Semi Submersibles, Jack-Ups and TLP's. Spent 2 weeks in the field with 2 weeks off.
