      Responsibilities for the delivery of D&B, EPC, FEED contracts from initial conception and bid, through to practical completion. This involves building a core team to develop and manage a specific or number of contracts which typically involves Commercial, Project, Construction and Administrative personnel. The nature of the projects have required attention to detail and the requirement for high quality end product, as the projects worked on have required sign off by external bodies such as the U.S. FDA. Typical projects have involved the use of external Consultants and Design teams where management and development of the design is paramount to the completion of the project. At Construction stage the work is divided into Construction Packages for tender by sub-contractor companies, having overall control to ensure these packages are procured and managed correctly.
