   Assist the Project Manager in oversee the project, planning & ensure work such asFencing works for Building Boundary lines, ECM work and Piling & foundationsstructural works is carry according to projects. Liaise with Consultant on technical issue & coordinate site issues with subcontractors. Prior to invite RE/RTO for inspection ensuring myself is whether all the works in orderon the Test Piles and actual piles such ECC check, GL,COL, Casing top ,Soil sample for eachand every 3m,final depth confirmation, Jacks, Strain and Rebar gauge and Load Test. Following and Monitoring with Geotechnical instrumentation and monitoring subcon onthe Pile direction load test and settlement issues 1st – 3rd cycles and report to theconsultant. Monitoring and make records on piling works noisy and vibrating to avoid neighborhoodresidencies complaints. Prepare RFI for daily submission to RE/RTO inspection for piling structure works. Visual inspection on the concrete Grade Test such as Slumps and Cubes test for each Pileas witnessed by RE/RTO’s Follow the sidewalks with consultant, record and solve the issues upon consultantcomments. Work closely with project team & ability to resolve technical issues. Ensure quality standard and Safety requirements are adhered. As a SMO daily base frequently gives briefing about COVID-19 and how to avoid andprotect our self and attending BCA site inspection. Verification of material requisition and taking off quantities/site measurement. Evaluate and recommend process changes for improvement to help improve yield, qualityand cycle time job requirements Daily and weekly reporting to the Project Manager on the project work progress andcompleted status. Show less  Responsible for all Architectural, Interiors & Landscaping all activities like construction ofDrywall, Building all kind of Water Proofing system, Metal & Non - Metal Ceilings, Stoneworks, Glass works ,Tiling works, Façade, Steel works, Landscape such as Sky Garden,Roof Garden and also RC works & Building D-Wall defect rectification as well. Responsible for all the RC Structural such as FormWorks, rebar’s & Finished concreteensuring to comply as per approved shop drawings on the dimension, alignment of plumb& level, condition of formworks, rebar size, No, spacing, anchorage length, lapping length,covers, links, stirrups, trimming bars, rebar’s conditions and checking dimension openingon the formworks, alignment, level and exposed surfaces. Responsible for all civil works which is related Road, Drainage system with roadboundary line and Traffic Sings. Coordinating with subcon on the building/ground settlement marker monitoring system. Monitoring on the building vibration and slab and bridges thru vibration monitoring andtilt and crack monitoring. Reviewing the Consultant approved shop drawing and follow at site all those Specto comply authorities requirements. Planning and monitoring the Project. Monitor and evaluate quality control for sub-contractor‘s work Calculation & arrangement of material and manpower Quantity. Preparing and submitting forecast schedule plan. Maintain site records and quality assurance documentation Coordinate with Sub-con and Design Team for design issues. Arrange & Record Quality inspection along with RTO. Attending the Consultant and Sub-con site meeting. Arrange to rectify defects of materials with the supplier. Record and clear Quality inspections of works using NOVADE application. Area Preparation and Final Handing over to the Client. Following the authority inspection for final handover to LTA, SLA, PUB and NEA. Working with Client and consultant for Building Maintenance work during DLP Show less
