      · Responsible for ordering the raw and processed materials for this Cargo Trailer manufacturing plant. This included materials with lead times from a couple days to as long as 8 weeks. I also had to maintain accurate on hand stock levels and usage forecast in order to keep inventory low while fulfilling plant needs. · Performed Disaster Recovery in 2002. A power cross short from 220 volt line to office ground caused loss of almost all connected equipment including most of the workstations. I was able to assess the situation and setup a functional system within 2 ½ hours. Because of my actions there were no noticeable interruptions of Plant business processes. · Consolidated employee information from disparate spreadsheets into a secure database, providing easy data entry and dependable, accessible reports. · Created Piece-rate Payroll spreadsheet that combined a multitude of factors essential to the correct calculation of production pay. This system condensed a manual system that required four to six hours of time each week into less than an hour. · Produced a complete set of CAD prints and templates that allowed the sales and production departments to avoid miscommunication and the expensive errors of incorrectly built product.
