      Provide tech solutions and project management for provisioning, assurance, processes, and practices. Participates in software development project activities including tech/business requirements and design, tech writing and Methods/Proc. May assist in the coordination, evaluation, and partnershipwith tech vendors, outside consultants and internal dotted line resources. Part of a24X7 staff delivering network tech support. Provides the tech troubleshooting andleadership required to recover from the most complex network problems. When an outage occurs, controls are put in place to re-route or reduce call blockage. The trouble is then referred to the appropriate work center or customer repair center to facilitate a speedy resolution. We document the outages impact, the steps leading to resolution, and notify the FCC and or PUC of impact when appropriate.
