      Worked on development and implementation of multiple tools for Claims and Appeals Management process to ensure DOL regulation and ERISA time frame compliance. Tools included Claims and Appeals Management Client Scorecard which would provide real time information to clients on the status of claims filed by their employees. The Scorecard captured ageing of the claims submitted, Turnaround Time and quality of the claim processed. Other tools included Audit Dashboard and a Predictive Analytics Tool.
