  Graduate Apprentice Trainee in 2*210 MW Thermal Power Plant of NLCIL.As an apprenticeship trainee at NLC Thermal Power Plant, my daily activities are centered around SAP software for various critical functions. I specialize in preventive maintenance work and material procurement, where I meticulously prepare cost estimates for material sourcing from different vendors, ensuring the efficient and cost-effective operation of the plant.I also had the opportunity to lead a project focusing on breakdown analysis, specifically during a critical incident involving the Fire Protection water pump. This experience sharpened my problem-solving skills and reinforced my commitment to minimizing downtime and enhancing operational reliability.In addition to my maintenance work, I have honed my CAD design skills, specializing in machine components such as bushes, bearings, and louver plates. I've also contributed by designing a workshop area layout to enhance productivity and organization.To maintain peak performance, I conduct periodic inspections, monitoring temperature, vibration, and noise levels on critical components, proactively identifying issues before they become major concerns.My multifaceted experience, coupled with a passion for innovation and excellence, positions me as a valuable asset in the thermal power plant industry.
