  1-Coordinates and review all civil drawings designed by Prokon/Ekon(Turkish contractor) to match with FLS mechanical and electrical requirements, contacting the designer for all conflicts to find out the proper solution prior to start civil activities to avoid extra cost and delay in work. on the same time contacting the in charge persons from the contractor side and our FLS head office to facilitate and avoid any mismatch between civil design and mechanical/electrical design.2-Attending meetings(daily/weekly) with the Client consultant and the contractor to solve any mistakes could be done at site and discussing all the carried inspections on a daily basis and informing the contractor with the observation and the corrective action to be taken.3- issuing Site instructions reports to the contractor in case of mismatch between civil and mechanical/electrical departments.4- reviewing all Surveying works at site prior and after Casting concrete to ensure that all X,Y,Z coordinates are matching with FLS requirement. and informing the contractor if any corrections are required to not delay any other site activities.5- reviewing and helping the contractor QA/QC Dept. in all laboratory test results and finding the appropriate method in case of any failure of these results.6- Monitoring of all civil/structural construction activities at site to ensure adherence to safety standards, building codes, and technical specifications.7- Reviews and interprets plans, drawings, site layouts, specifications, material proposals, construction method of statement and erection procedures pertaining to civil works(concrete and steel structure) to ensure compliance to contract requirements, building codes and safety regulations. 8- Reviews and verifies civil work measurement sheets related to site. 9- Reviews work progress at site and ensure compliance to established time schedule.
