  What began as a post-graduation project quickly transformed into a true passion. Peñulas Clothing & Co was more than just a clothing brand; it was a platform for bringing friends together, and making our first impactful steps in the business world. Key Responsibilities & Achievements:- Business Operations: Managed all aspects of the value chain, including logistics, marketing, and customer service, while fostering a collaborative environment that united friends and partners.- Marketing and Social Media: Sucessfully executed organic TikTok marketing campaigns, achieving over 300,000 views and high engagement rates.   Led the development of a B2B2C marketplace for baby and children's clothing, supported by the Gateway Startup Excellence Center at the University of Cologne.Key Responsibilities & Achievements:- Low-Code/No-Code Web Development: Self-taught Webflow to design and launch a fully functional marketplace website, enhancing my technical skills and ability to collaborate with developers effectively- Market Research: Conducted over 150 customer interviews using insights from The Mom Test, leading to the identification of kids and baby clothing as a viable niche after exploring broader markets like streetwear- Lean Startup Execution: Applied lean startup methodologies, focusing on iterative testing, MVP development, and quick pivots based on validated learning.We successfully launched a MVP, validated key concepts; however, we ultimately faced the reality of pivoting into a niche that didn’t fully align with our vision. Despite this, the experience taught me how to build a product from the ground up, translating an idea into a tangible solution while adapting to challenges along the way. Show less
