  KLP started an extensive development program called “Endringsprogrammet” which sole purpose is to improve and create a more efficient business system for the future.As a Product Owner for Reimbursement and OFA (Overføringsavtalen), I am functionally responsible for the developement, testing and improving all requirements within my area. I identify the business requirements and describe the functional needs for KLP's future business system through Features and User Stories. I have contributed to the prioritization of the business processes and functionality within the framework provided at a detailed level that enables the design and development of KLP's future business system. Test planning of the new solution and providing ongoing clarifications during test has also been a big part of my role, and of course approving solution descriptions within assigned budgets and estimates.Continuous communication with KLP’s line organization has been important to stay within the trajectory that aligns with KLP’s ambition. Show less As a Senior Consultant with a broad experience within public service pension and KLPs ongoing systems I was responsible for giving training to the newly hired, I worked with implementing and testing new systems as SAF and VTAS. I continued working with Medlem and its updates and came up with solutions to make the case management easier for the case officers. In addition to this, I was pointed out to work with the efficiency group to create another working model to be utilized by the whole pension department. In 2018 I joined the robot team where I worked with robots and the IT department. We were teaching our own KLP robot to handle different parts of the case management and I was assigned to handle the application for disability pension. The application for disability pension robot was taught to administrate and handle all applications from A-Z. Whenever a deviation occured, my team and I was the first in line to find a solution together with the IT department. Show less
