      CLINICAL SERVICES•Perform diagnostic testing on patient samples. Analyze, interpret, and summarize diagnostic test results. Report diagnostic test results to requesting hospitals lab. Maintain records of all diagnostic test results.•Active involvement in quality control and quality assurance in accordance with clinical laboratory regulations from specimen processing to reporting of patient results.•Provide training, technical troubleshooting and problem solving to laboratory team members. Manage reagent preparation and inventory activities.•Design and develop, complete method validations for different molecular biology instrument, including writing summary and standard operating procedures such as atypical pneumonia panel-Mycoplasma&Chlamydia pneumoniae, Legionella pneumophila, Pneumocystis jirovecii pneumoniae, Chlamydia trachomatis and Neisseria gonorrhoeae; SARS-CoV-2 (Submitted EUA to FDA); Pan-Ehrlichia species and Anaplasma phagocytophilum.•Perform testing on platforms such as Qiagen QIAcube, Diasorin/Focus Simplexa, Biofire Film array, Cepheid Gene Xpert, ELITe InGenius, Luminex ARIES, VERIGENE and NxTAG &serological testing using the QIAGEN QuantiFERON-TB Gold Plus assay, Zeus Lyme Disease and Focus DX Rickettsial diseases serology assay. •Extract NA, prepare library for Illumina NGS. •Participate in a multi-disciplinary team to perform clinical research studies.•Write and present the new findings at scientific conferences and publish in peer reviewed journals.ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES•Coordinate all components of the clinical research study and laboratory work. •Act as liaison for research sponsors, laboratory team and the principal investigator. •Manage the budget for the laboratory component of the research project. •Lead and supervise the team to complete tasks and meet deadlines for sponsored or funded clinical research project and site-initiated projects, including process development and improvement, data collection and analysis.
