      As a member of the Finance team, I generated financial reports, fundraising progress reports and recorded journal entries. As a manager, I oversaw 5-6 donors services assistants and conducted all training and team management. As the database manager I developed numerous tools to integrate data from external sources and provided database support to the entire team including special events registration and auction payment systems complex reports to support fundraising initiatives.

      As a senior manager, I was the direct supervisor of 6+ individuals on the Donor Services team and conducted all related tasks of team management, hiring, discipline and performance reviews. As The Raiser's Edge database administrator, I provided all related technical support to the Provincial office and the 30+ branches across the province. As a member of the development team, I supported fundraising initiatives by designing constituent profiles, moves management systems and prospect rating tools.       As a consultant specializing in The Raisers Edge, I provided ongoing database support to imagine1day for two years until its Vancouver office ceased operations. I successfully implemented a system to track prospect pipeline activity, moves management, and ratings. Other projects included the development of dashboards, queries, exports, and reports to support various fundraising and financial administration initiatives. On-site meetings to conduct training with new staff and needs assessment with the team occurred every other month or so and all other work was done remotely.
