He has been dear friend and colleague of mine since our undergraduate and graduate years at Slippery Rock University in Slippery Rock, Pennsylvania. If I had to describe Harry’s teaching pedagogy in two words, it would be enthusiastically dedicated. Throughout his career, he has always gone above and beyond the call of duty to help his students. It is not atypical of Harry to thoroughly teach the material in the classroom, write a grant, and physically take the students to the site for tactile, hands on learning.I would give Mr. Harry Brake my highest recommendation without reservation." From student Natalie at ASF: "Mr. Brake is always there to help students with whatever challenge they may face. He is very energetic and always smiling, making every thing seem exciting. Mr. Brake is the counselor for the ASF's literary magazine which I am involved in. He goes beyond the necessary always looking for good opportunities from talking to broadway actors to squeezing in fundraising opportunities. A very positive person, Mr. Brake is easy to talk to and approachable. He never backs down in helping other students and always makes sure to make the best of every situation." - April 10, 2013 Show less
