  I worked for 14 years at IBM, where I took on various roles and gained a wide range of experiences.First Four Years: I started as a Solution Architect, leading a team of five colleagues. Our mission was to set up the network, resources, and IT infrastructure for new projects. This involved a lot of hands-on technical work and coordination to ensure everything ran smoothly.Next Four Years: I transitioned to the Learning and Development department, where I developed a program to connect with universities. This included lecturing about the future of technology, establishing partnerships to create university courses tailored to market needs, and creating an intern program. This program was designed in collaboration with various IBM departments and internal technical communities.Last Six Years: I worked from home as a global project manager, overseeing international clients like AMEX and DownChemical. At the same time, I pursued new ways of working by learning Agile and Design Thinking. I earned my certification as an Agile Coach, starting as a Scrum Master for local clients like Volkswagen and Santander, and eventually becoming an Agile Coach for Votorantim.This journey at IBM allowed me to grow technically and professionally, equipping me with the skills to manage complex projects and foster innovation through Agile methodologies.
