My projected resource requirements were derived from analysis of organisation business plans, and periodic review of existing IT strategy resulting in continual refinement of my organisation service gap analysis.• The service gap analysis would be used to feed in to and support the spend prioritisation within the business and feed into reviews for existing SLAs and OLAs. This would be carried out at 6 monthly reviews based on input from monthly service reviews, monthly KPI performance, service surveys, technology and operational environment analysis.• Managed working relationship and SLAs with SEEDA on-site partnerships supported by local LAN and off-site agreements for sharing data and other interoperable services – e.g. The Regional Assembly, Invest UK, SEEDA sponsored Enterprise Hubs, DTi and local authorities.• Founding member of the RDA and EP IT National User Group – focus on disseminating shared best working practices and input to joint initiatives.• Actively and periodically feedback to SEEDA Executive management and National User Group, contract monitoring reports, and collective renegotiation status of the RDA/EP IT Service Level Agreement with EP• Developed review and performance criteria for vendor management monitoring supplying IT services – this had significant input and review from the National User Group in an attempt to harmonise approach to local purchasing framework agreements – this was later feed into the G & S-CAT government purchasing framework agreements.
