Nov 2013 - Feb 2024I lead the department of Internal Marketing (reporting to the CEO). In short: a new strategy, transformation, digitization. Priority #1: to develop and launch a new Intranet, a social media platform with personalized content and powerful tools for everyday work of our 5000 employees. Because we want to make our employees well-informed and happy, we create functional, attractive and measurable content and we do 20 events each year. For more info, please, see the results below. Thanks!RESULTS:1) What & How we say: New online tools, unusual internal campaigns, and the natural tone of voice- A new Intranet: Inhouse developed platform. A social network with pers. content and handy tools (KPI speedometer, calendar, quick links, employee profile, …). Everyone sees something different according to the position and own preference. The avg visits, content readership, and engagement increased more than 2x.- A new Newsletter: Maximally shortened (only hypertext headlines); personalized; avg open rate usage 78%.- Analytics implemented to our main internal comm. channels.- Simple principles (as short as possible, to the point, natural, ...) helped us to increase the avg readership and to deliver many successful campaigns (e.g.: #SNS - the most read communication in our company history – 97%; #O2TVHBO - live wolves in our building and board members as Heroes of the Game of Thrones; #O2TVFootball - a surprise at an unconventional spot (restrooms)2) What we do: Events for employees- More informal events and a random act of kindness with the same budget (e.g.: a Christmas party 2018 with an ice rink for skating, Christmas party 2019 with a swan carousel, ..)- In 2019 18big events, 5 860 employees participated3) What it looks like: Every day small improvements in our office- A user-friendlier reception at the headquarter- A zone for work or team barbecue on the rooftop terrace- New equipment of the meeting rooms (displays and whiteboards instead of flipcharts),… Show less I was responsible mainly for leading cross-functional HR projects (examples see below). The second part of my agenda was to support the new CEO (e.g.: setting up the Board of director meetings and the way of CEO task management, writing meeting minutes and coordinating CEO tasks execution, preparing documents and completing presentations). I reported to the HR Director. Examples of delivered projects:1. EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT SURVEY- Project goal: to find a new supplier and conduct an employee engagement survey with lower costs but higher quality of output reports. - Process: user requirements analysis; tender; project plan; creation of content forms and output reports; internal communication; instruction of HR Business partners how to work with the report; survey results presentation to the Board od Directors; Survey results debrifieng and taking follow-up actions. - Results: 1. Highest response rate in last 4 years (75% of 4500 respondents) even if the participation in the survey was voluntery. 2. Positive feedback and higher satisfaction of key stakeholders working with the output reports (managers and HR Business partners). 3. 50% lower costs. 2. TOP MANAGEMENT CONFERENCE (responsible for content/program of strategic events for 350 top managers)3. SIMPLE ONLINE COMPANY ALL STAFF MEETING (responsible for content and production of an extra conference for 350 employees working on the top priority IT project)4. COMMERCIAL DIVISON CONFERENCE (responsible for content and production of a conference for 200 employees) Show less I was focused on new trends in L&D (digitalization, LMS, social media, ...). While reporting to Head of L&D I lead two projects with high priority:1. IMPLEMENTATION OF A NEW LEARNING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM- a 9-month project- project goal: to find and implement a new LMS which meets all requirements (mainly mobile-first design, user-friendly environment, and reporting functionalities)- process: business and user requirement analysis, market analysis, tender, design & customization, testing & implementation, user training & internal communication- results: all user requirements met, the project finished on time, 75% of costs saved2. CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW O2 TRAINING CENTRE- a 10-month project- project goal: to build a new training center which meets new L&D trends and has the minimum capacity 160 employees in one moment - process: from a vision, through planning and construction work to the Grand Opening for 200 employees- results: not only a new space but a new approach to education (digital learning trends implemented) + more efficient training, saved money and happy employees Show less
