Show less Management of the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO).I joined Coca-Cola to establish the Marketing Project Management Office (EPMO), to develop and draft the policies and procedures, and manage the implementation of the project management tool (Microsoft EPM). Planned the change management process to introduce a new way of working to teams involved. I worked with cross-functional teams to develop timelines that led to the improvements in timings and built an understanding of the cross-functional tasks needed to bring a marketing campaign to market.
