      - Participated as a research assistant in the 1000 whole genome sequencing project that generated genomics data from 1000 participants in 50 top ethnic groups in Nigeria. I carried out library prep and sequencing using Novaseq6000. - Genotyping of over 3000 samples weekly using high throughput sophisticated machine (TECAN liquid handler and Iscan) from Illumina and used in-house customized microarray - GENIISYS bead chips- Participated in the successful launch of Sanger Sequencing techniques using the Applied Biosystems ABI3500 Genetic Analyser and analyzed results using GeneMapper IDx and Converge software for forensics/ human identification applications.- Biobanking thousands of blood samples from non-communicable diseases in diverse ethnic groups in Nigeria.- Participated in sample processing for the DIAGENE project aimed to compare the distribution of genetic mutations in Nigerian patients with Diabetes Mellitus and Diabetic Nephropathy to the existing databases of similar patients in Europe and North America.
