  Here, I was appointed Accreditation Manager in establishing policies and programs, as well as monitoring adherence in conjunction with New Jersey State Chiefs of Police accreditation standards to optimize performance. I developed and implemented goals, objectives, policies, and priorities for assigned programs within the office. I also coordinated selection, orientation, training, and evaluation of programs including providing training programs and incentives for employee performance. I led office personnel in full audit of evidentiary items contained in Evidence Unit vaults. As well, I worked with office interns to support accreditation goals in both evidence and records unit.• Effectively identified and resolved personnel deficiencies and initiated disciplinary procedures, as needed.
