  As a Manager, Gareth supported a number of transformational change programmes, most notably assisting in creating a sustainable future housing model for a large public sector client. Gareth also spent 12 months with the Canadian practice in Toronto in which he continued to work with a large public sector organisation to develop and implement an asset management strategy. On returning to the UK practice, Gareth focused on procurement driven change programmes, specifically working with a global pharmaceutical client to realize cost and operational efficiency through the optimisation of its Facilities Management delivery model.
